Frisco, McKinney and Allen named the country’s best real estate markets

Three cities in Collin County (Frisco, McKinney and Allen) were rated first in the country in the comparison of best housing and economic markets by WallHub.

“To determine the most attractive real-estate markets in the U.S., WalletHub compared 300 cities across 22 key metrics,” according to the new report. “The data set ranges from median home-price appreciation to home sales turnover rate to job growth.”



Year to date – average sales price for these three cities:

Frisco – $440,600

McKinney – $356,578

Allen – $384,154

Year to date increase in the average sales price compared to last year: 

Frisco – .9%

McKinney – 2.7%

Allen – 2.4%
